Innsbruck

After Salzburg we had a one night stop over in Munich (where we had our last beer hall experience of the trip) and then it was on to Innsbruck in Austria. We had two nights in Innsbruck. It was a quiet quaint little town. Not much to do but browse the shops and walk along the river which is pretty much all we did. The town is surrounded by the Austrian Alps and it was an incredible sight to see them all covered in clouds, some still with snow on their peaks. It was a lovely relaxing two days.
Clouds over the alps, this was our first view of Salzburg
Our hostel was the think pink one on the right hand side
Alps... so pretty!
I'm showing you this one before the pizza to prove that sometimes i do eat healthy food!!
Massive pizza slices for lunch
My new favourite shop, it was pretty much all Christmas stuff! It went on and on forever, we spent over an hour looking at everything in here.
