Day three of cruise from Olympys to Fethiye

this is what we woke up to today, crystal clear blue waters!

we had brekkie and then all set off (all is the 13 people on our cruise) for a walk to a waterfall.
while we waited for everyone to be ferried from the boat to the beach ewen had a rock skipping contest with one of the guys from the cruise.

it was 1km so not too far but a lot of it was over rocks and boulders so made it a bit more interesting. along the way we saw an interesting assortment of wildlife.



once back from the waterfall me and Ewen went snorkeling seeing lots and lots of different types of fish and then ewen taught me to skip rocks. i managed to throw one and it did two skips!

After a bit of a swim we sailed to the Blue Lagoon for lunch and a swim, i floated around on a noodle watching some paragliders while ewen took photos of fish. we stayed here swimming for about an hour and then sailed to St Nicholas Island where we got to see the ruins from afar but as we had no way of getting to shore but swimming and the walk to the ruins looked like you would need shoes we settled for taking photos from the boat.

while at this stop several smaller boats came around offering various services including; an ice-cream man, a gozleme boat, a banana ride boat and a biscuit ride boat. we took up the offer of a biscuit ride and us and two other people got in. it was really fun and only 5L each which was very cheap! we did a bit more lounging around, had a swim and the night was pretty much over.
