J'adore Paris

We had less than 12 hours in Paris so i didn't have high hopes for getting to see very much. Our bus got in around 8.30pm and as we were running a little earlier than expected our bus driver (Frank) took us on the best driving tour of Paris ever! We started by driving right under the Eiffel tower
Then making a quick stop to get a group photo in front of the bus and tower. we then drove a few streets away to get some scenic shots of the tower.
Here their was a boy taking some of the attention away from the Eiffel tower, he was doing a robot dance to music, very funny to watch!
After this we drove past the Arch Di Triumph, Notre Dame Cathedral, the theatre where the Phantom of the Opera is originally from, we saw the back of the Louvre gallery and drove past Moulin Rouge.
We saw other places as well but i cant remember what they were. It was incredible! We arrived at our hostel at about 9.30pm and me and Ewen went and had a drink in the bar, we sat outside at a table that overlooked a canal running past the hostel.
Our dorm room was really well set up, we stayed at St Christopers in a 8 bed dorm room, the room was huge and all the beds had curtains, their own lights and power plugs. you also got your own locker to store your stuff in.
so that was my first impression of Paris and i have to say I loved it!!! Love Love Loved it! I am already counting down the days until i get to go back (about 35 days and between now and then we will be in The Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Italy and Croatia).
