Salisbury

We pretty much just went to Salisbury to check out the cathedral and it was worth the detour! The cathedral was amazing, definitely up there on the list of the best cathedrals we have seen on our trip so far. It's been a week since we were there so i cant remember any of the facts about it but i do remember that it has a copy of Magna Carta (i think there are 4 remaining and Salisbury has the one in the best condition). If you want to know anything about what the Magna Carta is you're probably better off googling it because all i can tell you is that it is a super dooper old document that has something to do with the legal system in England.
We spent probably an hour inside the cathedral and then walked around the outside taking photos and then wandered some streets photographing the town and admiring the incredibly quaint houses.
That night we stayed in a beautiful B&B just a short walk from the town. We went out for dinner to a pub recommended by  the B&B and ended up spending several hours there enjoying our meal and even splashing out on dessert which we never normally do.

what sort of B&B makes you carry your own backpacks. It does look a lot better than your normal hostels you would of thought it was the crown. the cathedral does look beautiful

the sort of B&B we can afford i suppose he he. Yeah the room was really nice, we stayed in a couple of really nice places on our south England trip. accommodation wasn't as expensive as we thought it was going to be
